The problem

College coaches receive hundreds of unsolicited emails a season. A club coach with twenty players cannot advocate for yours.

By junior year most rosters and most of the money are already committed. The families who start early are the ones with options.

Some of our players leave the United States to go professional. Some come to the United States to play in college. We run both, with the same direct-contact approach.
For US high school and college players with a professional ceiling. Europe, and select markets beyond it, run on trials and relationships, not on highlight reels sent to a generic inbox. We handle the introduction, the preparation, and the honest conversation about whether the level is right.
For international players who want to play and study in the US. The college system is unlike anything at home: divisions, eligibility centers, academic requirements, scholarship structures, and visas. We have placed international players across every division and we walk families through all of it.
International placement is representation, the same as our domestic work. It is not a showcase, a camp, or a platform listing.

Who we are
We are younger than the industry norm and we would rather you knew that up front. Judge us on the record: 150+ players placed, $6.8M in scholarships secured, every division.
Cullen is an analyst with the Colorado Rapids. He works across multiple levels of the club in scouting and with their second team in opposition analysis, and has experience at other professional clubs in the USL Championship and MLS. At OTB he leads placement and recruitment and has overseen more than 150 players successfully placed. He is a former national champion at the college level and played for a top-25 Division I program.
Cullen is one of the co-founders of OTB Pathways and leads the recruitment and placement department.
Cullen works in professional soccer with the Colorado Rapids as an analyst, in scouting and performance analysis. He works across all levels of the club in scouting and specializes in opposition analysis with their MLS NEXT Pro group.
Prior to his time with the Rapids, Cullen had experiences with clubs in the USL Championship and MLS. Before moving into professional soccer he was a recognized voice in college scouting, and was invited onto a panel to provide coverage of the 2025 MLS Draft.
At OTB, Cullen directs all recruitment and placement operations. With his background he holds personal relationships across the NCAA, and he is consistently speaking with programs and visiting them in person. His work inside professional soccer gives him a respected voice when speaking on behalf of OTB players to college coaches.
That advocacy shows in the results. During Cullen's time overseeing placement and recruitment, OTB players have played over 1,000 minutes in a season just over 58% of the time, and 25% of OTB players have been selected for all-conference accolades.
As a player, Cullen competed at the highest youth levels in the US before spending time overseas in Costa Rica and Spain. He won a national championship with Franklin Pierce University at the NCAA Division II level and played at Bryant University at the Division I level, finishing his career at MSU Denver so he could begin working in professional soccer.
Aidan is Head of Operations at OTB. He is a semi-professional footballer competing in the German Oberliga, with spells in Spain and the Australian NPL, and he played Division I soccer at Sacred Heart University. He holds coaching badges from UEFA and the AFC from his time overseas, and works directly with our international clients coming from Europe and Australia to pave the way for them in the U.S.
Aidan is a co-founder of OTB Pathways and Head of Operations, supporting the player development and placement process.
Aidan has played all over the planet. A former Division I player at Sacred Heart University, he has played in Spain and the Australian NPL and is contracted in the German Oberliga for the 2026/27 season. He holds coaching badges from UEFA and the AFC, and is a FIFA Agent License candidate for 2027.
With that career experience, Aidan leads player management and supports player placement alongside Cullen. He specializes in educating players on the parts of the game that will actually deliver them to the next level.
Aidan is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and German after years as an American playing overseas. He leads international recruitment from Europe and Australia: creating pathways for domestic players to go abroad, bringing international footballers to the United States for collegiate opportunities, and building the relationships around the world that grow OTB's reach.
